Hello Kitty fans have a new collectible to look out for! Burger King is launching a Hello Kitty and Friends King Jr. Meal toy collection across the U.S. starting October 20, featuring six figures inspired by some of Sanrio's most popular characters. The collection includes Hello Kitty, My Melody, Cinnamoroll, Kuromi, and Keroppi, plus a special, super-rare gold Hello Kitty figure.
The fun part? The toys come in blind bags, so you won't know which figure you've received until you open the bag. That mystery element makes collecting the full set more exciting, especially for fans hoping to find the rare gold version. Each King Jr. Meal comes with one blind-bag toy, so you'll receive one figure per qualifying meal.
From a collector's perspective, the gold Hello Kitty figure is likely to be the biggest draw. If you're hoping to collect all six designs, though, keep in mind that blind bags mean you may receive duplicates. With a popular character lineup and a limited-time release, it's worth checking with your local Burger King early rather than waiting until the promotion has been running for a while.
