Pokémon fans have another reason to visit McDonald’s this holiday season! A new Pokémon Happy Meal promotion is expected to arrive from November 10 through December 14, bringing a fresh collection of miniature Pokémon-themed toys and Pokémon Trading Card Game cards.
This time, the fun comes in a slightly different package. Each Happy Meal will come in one of three themed boxes featuring Pikachu, Umbreon, or Torchic. Inside, fans can discover a miniature Happy Meal box-shaped toy designed to look like a Pokémon. The collection includes 15 different toys, with characters such as Pikachu, Rowlet, Sprigatito, and other Pokémon favorites.
And there’s more for card collectors: each Happy Meal will also include two Pokémon TCG cards. There are 15 cards to collect in total, including seven foil cards, so fans may want to make more than one visit if they're hoping to complete the set.
For families with Pokémon fans, this is a fun collectible promotion that combines toys and trading cards in one Happy Meal. The miniature box-shaped designs are also a different twist from the usual character figures.
How To Get It
Visit a participating McDonald’s during the expected promotion period of November 10–December 14.
Purchase a qualifying Happy Meal to receive the Pokémon-themed packaging, one miniature Pokémon toy, and two Pokémon TCG cards.
Check with your local restaurant for availability before making a special trip.
Heads Up
The promotion is expected to run for a limited time, while supplies last.
There are 15 miniature toys and 15 Pokémon TCG cards to collect.
Seven of the 15 trading cards are foil cards.
The miniature Happy Meal box-shaped toys will not be available in Quebec, Canada. Customers there will receive a Pokémon sticker and a four-card Pokémon TCG booster pack instead.
Toy and card selection may vary by restaurant, and specific items may run out before the promotion ends.
Getting both a collectible toy and Pokémon cards with a Happy Meal makes this one worth keeping an eye on, especially for families with young Pokémon fans. Just remember that the promotion is expected to be available only while supplies last, so waiting until the final days could mean missing some of the collection.
