7" Round Smash Burger Press

【HEALTH-FIRST FOOD-GRADE CAST IRON】Made from food-grade cast iron without harmful coatings, this 7-inch smash burger press weighs 2.43 lbs to deliver steady, heavy-duty pressure with less effort. It improves contact between the patty and cooking surface, helping create thinner smash burgers with even browning and deliciously crispy edges.
【COMPLETELY FLAT BOTTOM FOR TRUE SMASH BURGERS】Unlike presses with raised ridges that can trap meat residue in the grooves, the smooth, fully flat base makes broad contact with the patty for greater control over thickness and searing. It distributes pressure evenly, helping form thinner patties with a flavorful caramelized crust while also keeping bacon flatter during cooking.
【ERGONOMIC NATURAL WOOD HANDLE】The smooth, burr-free wooden handle features a curved ergonomic shape that fits naturally in the hand for a secure, non-slip grip and better pressing control, while two sturdy screws firmly attach the handle to the cast iron base for stable repeated use.
【PRE-SEASONED & EASY TO MAINTAIN】The cast iron burger press arrives pre-seasoned and ready to use right out of the box. Included round parchment paper can be placed between the press and patty to help prevent sticking, improve release, and simplify cleanup. After cooking, hand wash it, dry it thoroughly, and apply a thin layer of cooking oil before storage. Proper care helps protect the cast iron and maintain its seasoned surface for long-lasting performance.
【VERSATILE FOR INDOOR & OUTDOOR COOKING】Suitable for flat top griddles, cast iron skillets, frying pans, grills, hibachi grills, and teppanyaki cooking surfaces. Use it to press smash burgers, bacon, sandwiches, chicken, steaks, paninis, sausages, and other foods in the kitchen, at backyard BBQs, or during camping trips.
